Conceived, planned, wrote and introduced three major manager-led coaching programs with reference handbooks and associated instructor-led introductory workshops for the well-known American personal expressions firm: The Hallmark Way for Sales Representatives; for Key Account Managers; and for Retail Owners. Facilitated leadership and coach-the-coach sessions. This project won two Awards of Excellence from the Canadian Institute for Performance & Learning.

Facilitated internal leadership and trainer-the-trainer sessions.
Conceived, planned, wrote and introduced a cradle-to-grave employee development program for the largest Procter & Gamble distributor in the world, deployed in seven countries and three languages. This program included five major learning components, each accessible in print and online with materials for use in classroom, one-to-one or self-study settings; plus a new employee orientation program with multimedia support materials and a supporting leadership development curriculum. Facilitated many leadership and coach-the-coach sessions.
Researched, wrote and introduced a program to train JTI sales, marketing and promotion people worldwide in how to build JTI brands through the Hotels-Restaurants-Catering channel in highly regulated markets. This program consisted of a high-quality “lifestyle magazine” reference manual as well as a multi-day seminar with supporting presentation and participant materials.
Wrote and produced into digital form, scores of turn-key materials for instructor-led training sessions, designed to enable moderately experienced corporate managers quickly and easily train their people in great concepts from business thought leaders. Leveraged these into a series of for-profit online ExecuClasses for business leaders.
